Challenge: Bajio came to us with a sourcing problem from their overseas display provider. C Pathe was tasked with mimicking the design of their current in-store displays within a fixed budget and tight timeline.
Approach: We studied a sample of the current display that was being produced overseas. After analysis of the materials and processes used, we re-engineered the display to be higher-quality.
Result: C Pathe delivered the first order of displays to Bajio within the timeline constraints.
Challenge: T-Mobile has been updating stores and needed gift finder displays for each new remodel. These displays were already in the field, and we were challenged with mimicking the finishes and specs while on a strict timeline for delivery.
Approach: We studied a sample of the current display used in stores and matched finishes while using value-engineering practices to keep costs low for our client.
Result: C Pathe successfully delivered the displays on time and up to quality standards for our client.
KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship
Challenge: To successfully execute a sponsored sporting event for our client at a smaller scale during the pandemic.
Approach: We designed and executed a layout that still represented our client’s brand strongly within the client’s budget and on schedule.
Result: Consumers at the event were able to interact with our client’s brand and products safely and positively. Our custom-built putting greens was a crowd favorite and provided a great interaction between event-goers and our client’s brand.
Challenge: JennAir tasked us with creating an out-of-the-box showroom transformation display that fits in a 1,100 square-foot space for 115+ new products that made them stand out from the cookie-cutter competition.
Approach: We designed and executed a unique, luxurious display that consisted of deconstructed products hanging from the ceiling, interactive touch screens, wall graphics, LED lighting, and multiple floor plans that brought the showroom to life.
Result: C Pathe installed the showroom transformation in 3 days. JennAir was selected as a winner in the National Kitchen & Bath Association/ KBIS Innovative Showroom Awards, specifically awarded as a winner in the Multi-Location Showroom.
Challenge: Targeted installation of approximately one thousand end-cap displays within a three-week period outside of store hours.
Approach: C Pathe coordinated between Best Buy, Whirlpool, and third-party installation and logistics.
Result: We successfully met the timeline for the customer and executed display installation at all locations. We also identified any issues if we ran into any.
